What to Expect & Preparation
Glow is a family-friendly indoor holiday light festival, market and food fair with live entertainment. It is the perfect way to celebrate the holidays with the ones you love. Walk through our twinkling light gardens, take photos in illuminated frames and say hello to Santa Claus. It is all waiting for you at Glow Saskatoon!
This is an annual show that has become part of the Saskatoon winter experience, a wonderful new tradition you can look forward to each year! There’s always something new to see, as the show’s theme changes from one year to the next.
The 2025 theme is The Jolly Jumble!
Prices vary for general, children (3-12 years), seniors (65+), groups, and families. Toddlers (2 and under) are free. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.
Tickets can be purchased here – Buy Tickets or at the door (if not sold out).
A Family Pack includes 2-3 General Admissions (13-64) and 2-3 child admissions (3-12). This pack includes 5 tickets total.
A Generations Pack includes 2 General Admissions (13-64), 2 Senior Admissions (65+), and 3 Child Admissions (3-12). This pack includes 7 tickets total.
As with most events, there is a fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.
No, tickets cannot be resold.
There is a help desk link on the AuthentiGATE ticketing purchase page, you may reach out there and have your order sent again. There is also a “Retrieve Previous Orders” button where you can enter your email, and the order will resend to you.
Tickets may be texted AND emailed once through the order dashboard. The dashboard will also track who these tickets have been sent to for easy tracking.
You may reach out to AuthentiGATE’s help desk, and they can look up your order information and re-send your tickets. Be sure to know the name or email address associated with your order.
Only tickets purchased via the AuthentiGate website or at the doors are valid. Please do not purchase tickets from a third party as these tickets are not valid.
All ticket purchases are final. If you need flexibility, the Flex Pass allows entry on any one day during the Glow Saskatoon season.
Guests with disabilities who require full-time care and could not otherwise attend Glow Saskatoon without a caregiver present will receive complimentary admission for their caregiver. Guests will pay applicable admission upon entry.
Glow Saskatoon takes part in the Easter Seals Access 2 Program. Program participants, who would otherwise not be able to attend without the assistance of a caregiver, can show their Access 2 card at the gate. In return, we will provide free admission to their caregiver.
A limited number of Flex Passes are available for the Glow Season. Flex Passes are valid for any one visit during the Glow Saskatoon operation days. If you don’t know what day you can visit, the Flex Pass is definitely the ticket you need. They are also great gifts!
Glow Saskatoon is located in Prairieland’s Hall D at 503 Ruth Street West in Saskatoon. Please use the main foyer to enter Glow Saskatoon.

Depending on how many pictures you take and rides you take on Glen the Glow-comotive, you could spend many hours at Glow. To fully enjoy everything Glow has to offer, the average stay is about one (1) hour.
No. Once your ticket is scanned to come in, you may stay as long as you like until we are closed for that day.

Service dogs are permitted but pets are not. Do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle. Kindly leave them at home.
Yes, admissions, Prairieland concessions and many of the vendors accept debit/credit cards. ATMs are available in the main foyer.

Prairieland is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests and employees. For the comfort of all, we request that if you smoke or vape, please use an outdoor designated area outside the main concession doors.
Yes, though some interactive displays may not be fully accessible.
Yes, there will be wheelchairs available for rent for $10 per chair rental. Rentals are CASH only. *All prices are subject to change.
We have collaborated with the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital to provide a coat check. Coats can be hung for $2 per coat.
Glow Saskatoon is a Sip ‘N Stroll event, so alcohol is allowed as you walk through the enchanting light displays and enjoy the performances at the Dakota Dunes Entertainment Stage in the Merry Makers Market. However, alcoholic beverages are not permitted while riding Glen the Glow-comotive.
To purchase alcohol, you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to request ID at any time while you are consuming alcohol. It is illegal to provide alcohol to minors.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, you’ll find a wide range of delicious food and beverages available for purchase at our Prairieland Concession and at the Merry Makers Market.
Prairieland offers a spacious parking lot right next to the World Trade Center Saskatoon, where Glow takes place. Parking is free for all attendees, and there are designated accessible parking spots available as well.
No, a parking lot shuttle is not available for this event.
Absolutely, our skilled First Aid Staff will be on hand throughout the show hours, ready to assist whenever needed.
Let us help you reclaim your lost treasures. Visit the Information Desk located next to the doors you entered through to discover if your cherished item has been returned to us.
